How much am I looking at, roughly?
It depends on the job, and we’d rather not guess at a number that turns out wrong. Tell us what’s going on and you’ll get an estimate. Jobs can change once someone’s on site, so if we find something, you hear about it before we touch it. You’ll know the cost before anything starts.
Is it going to be a big job?
Sometimes, sometimes not, and there’s no way to tell from a description alone. Tell us what it’s doing and we’ll give you a straight answer. If it’s bigger than you hoped, you’ll hear why in plain English before you decide anything.
I don’t want to be up-sold.
Fair enough. We’ll tell you what needs doing now and what can wait, and the call is yours. If we spot something else while we’re there, you hear about it and you decide.
When can you get out here?
It depends what’s already booked in, and we’ll tell you straight on the phone rather than give you a vague promise. Booked in for Tuesday means Tuesday. If anything changes, you hear it from us first.
I’m an owner builder. Are you across the Ergon side?
Yes. Rough-in, fit-off, testing and certificates, plus the Ergon application and the connection itself, so you’re not chasing anyone. Tell us where the build is up to and when you need certs by.
Do you come out to my area?
We cover Agnes Water, 1770, Captain Creek, Deepwater, Miriam Vale, Rosedale, Baffle Creek, Mt Maria, Berajondo, Lowmead and the properties in between. If you’re nearby and not on that list, ring and ask.
